I have been working in the fields of art and animation for over 30 years. At the age of 12, I sold my first drawing and created my first animation scenes in the corner pages of my high school textbooks. I formally entered the animation industry when I started working for Don Bluth Studios, and later jumped at the opportunity to join Walt Disney Feature Animation, where I worked as a Character Animator for 10 years. Since that time, I have worked for a handful of other studios, including Dreamworks, Warner Bros, and Studio MDHR on the award-winning Cuphead videogame. I've also worked for many years as a storyboard artist on projects like Tom & Jerry, Lilo & Stitch, Ford, and many more commercial and advertising assignments. 

 

Over my career, some of my favorite projects and assignments include animating Jane (from the Disney movie Tarzan), Pacha (from the Disney movie Emperor's New Groove), and various Cuphead characters. Creating over a dozen picture books, magazine illustrations, caricatures, and Christmas cards has also been especially rewarding. My wife Angey and I live in St. George, Utah, and are the happy parents of 4 children.
